Classic Klondike Solitaire uses a standard 52-card deck without jokers. The goal of the game is to expose all cards and move them to the foundation piles. There are four foundation piles on screen, each labeled 'A', one for each suit. These piles are built up from Ace to King, face-up, by suit.
There are seven tableau columns, each built down in alternating colors (red and black), face-down, with ranks decreasing from King to Ace. The objective is to clear all columns by moving cards to the correct foundation piles.
